The MODULAR COOKING SYSTEM allows you to go from classic grilling to versatile griddling in under 90 seconds or swap to charcoal grilling with our patented Gas2Coal charcoal tray (sold separately).

The GAS GRILL, powered by liquid propane gas, heats up to 500°F in just under 10 minutes and maintains even heat. The easy-to-clean cast-iron grates are porcelain-coated to resist rust and help you achieve delectable grill marks.

The GRIDDLE TOP features a heavy-duty, 274-square-inch cold rolled steel surface that delivers even heat for optimum cooking performance. It has a rear slot to deposit excess grease and legs that allow it to hang from the griddle rail when not in use.

The BTU RATING of this grill is 20,000 BTU. BTU is a measurement of energy used by your grill and is not related to how hot it will get. Grills with lower BTUs burn less fuel to cook your food.

The CHARCOAL TRAY (SOLD SEPARATELY) allows you to buy the patented Gas2Coal charcoal tray(s), place it over the burners, add charcoal, and ignite to enjoy irresistible, chargrilled flavor.
